Fruity, floral aromas and flavors of poached peaches, spiced apples, and flowers with a supple, tangy, medium body and a polished engaging, long finish with shades of golden kiwi citrus salad and honeyed green apples with no oak flavor.

This estate-grown Cayuga Lake Pinot Gris begins with aromas of stone fruits, both fresh and baked.  The palate is medium to full in weight, creamy and rich with ripe orchard fruits like pear, apple and apricot. The wine is just barely dry with bright acidity to balance it.

This is classic Macon with its creamy texture and fresh crisp apple flavors.  Stainless steel aging adds to its freshness with subtle pear notes lingering on the finish.

Aromas are enticing: apricot, almond, nectarine, and orange. This wine is round in the mouth with light to moderate acidity. Apricot, glazed nectarine, and peach dominate the flavors. Charming, tasty, and organic.

From the Producer: Clean and elegant on the palate, with the marked floral and fruity notes that are typical of this grape variety. It has a lively freshness and is well-balanced and refined.

The nose gives aromas of apricot, white flowers and light touches of honey and stone. On the palate, this is an elegant, subtle version of Viognier with flavors that match the aromas. Acacia flowers, peaches and apricots integrate with moderate, well-rounded acidity providing a nice balance between flavors and texture.

Abundant fruit aromas of kiwi, white peach, nectarine, citrus, melon, quince, white grapefruit and lychee combine with orange blossom on the nose. The palate is crisp, leading to a chalky minerality on the finish. Medium-bodied with moderate acidity.

This medium-dry wine has aromas of fruit and slate that lead to a fresh and round palate with a salty finish. There are notes of peach and other orchard fruits as well as some savoriness. Although it is off-dry, it is crisp and stays lifted and balanced.

On the nose, notes of lemon, nectarine, and minerality come through.  In the mouth, this lighter to medium bodied white gives flavors of lemon, lemon zest, tangerine, nectarine and grapefruit. It has crisp, refreshing acidity--think of it as an alternative to Pinot Grigio. 

Low yielding, sustainable, dry-farmed grapes, make up this high-altitude Douro white. It offers mineral, citrus, apricot, and light floral aromas on the nose. On entry, the wine boasts a chalky minerality supported by juicy orange flavors and more stone fruit with a touch of salinity lingering on the finish. Nicely vibrant and fruity.

Elegant aromas of melon, grapefruit, pears and green apples with a hint of elderflower. There is a nice roundness and creaminess as it warms up, along with apple, gooseberry and pear fruit. The acidity is perfectly balanced, offering a well structured and long lasting, clean finish.

This medium plus bodied Gruner has good density and is fruit forward with apple, melon and white pepper with wonderful concentration of these aromas on the palate as well. The texture is soft and a touch creamy with white pepper and green melon.

We are impressed with box chardonnay because it is crisp, clean and has a lot of fresh flavors like lemon zest, yellow apple and honeydew melon. It is is medium acidity and medium bodied with a finish of pear and minerality.

This appassimento wine uses dried grapes to concentrate the flavors. It is soft and supple in texture with velvety tannins on a medium frame. Stewed black and red fruits are accompanied by light tobacco and spice and a touch of smoke. Notes of blackberry, black cherries, and dates follow through to spices and dried herbs on the finish.

Smoky black fruit aromas lead to a well-balanced set of deliciously savory and fruity flavors. Blackberries and cooked plums join spice box and black pepper on a bigger frame with supple tannins and a persistent finish.

This is essentially the Chateau Maris Les Planels (Syrah-based wine) without any sulfites added. (it says "sans souffre" on the neck of the capsule). The name means "to know how to age." In actuality, it is a wine that one should probably drink within 3 years of vintage since it has no sulfite protection, but boy, is it drinking beautifully. Medium plus body, rich and ripe, velvety, meaty, with savory undertones. There's nothing overripe here, yet it's seamlessly saturated. If you're into "natural wine," here's a superior example. 

This bold red features rich, smoky black fruits such as currants and blackberries along with graphite, dark chocolate, toast, black pepper and singed herbs. It is full-bodied with velvety tannins and integrated acidity.

Made in an Old World style with moderate extraction, this wine displays a balance of complex aromatics and flavors including plenty of ripe black fruits and candied fruits along with hints of sandalwood and earth.

Aromas are big, smoky, and spicy with blackberry, dark chocolate, and a hint of licorice. The palate has a nice lift and acidity, with flavors that match the aromas, including the pepper and blackberry. Medium plus in body with a persistent finish. The wine spends a year in American and French oak, with a further four months in bottle.

This wine gives mostly red fruits on the nose -- pomegranate, strawberry and raspberry, along with vanilla. It is medium plus in weight and quite rich with ultra-soft tannins that show it is in its prime drinking stage now. There are flavors of red cherry, raspberry, plum, strawberry coulis, licorice, vanilla and a touch of sassafras. You'll be talking about its texture though -- the integrated acidity and seamless tannins are a joy. What a value!

Aromas of mocha, clove and black cherry are fragrant and indicate good ripeness to follow. This is easy drinking wine is medium in weight and offers cherry, blackcurrant and notes of smoke, cocoa, hickory and black pepper. The tannins are round and the finish is juicy!

On the nose, one finds clove, black pepper, dark, concentrated berry pie fruits and subtle smokiness. This wine is full bodied and full flavored with hearty winter notes of baked berries, cherry pie, kirsch, mulling spices, toast and spiced fruit preserves. It is rich and concentrated, yet easy to drink due to its round texture and balanced acidity.

Aromas of macerated black fruits are spiced with coffee and white pepper notes. This is just over medium weight with black raspberry, black cherry, plum and blackberry fruit mixed with forest floor notes such as savory herbs (oregano), earth, roots and bark. This is ripe and easy drinking with supple tannins and juicy acidity.

Fruity aromas of plums, raspberry and red cherry with some dried herbs. The palate is sleek with medium body, integrated acidity and pure fresh raspberry and plum flavor.

This wine presents minerally, ripe raspberry and plum fruit with integrated acid, giving a seamless, beautiful texture that finishes with some youthful tannins. A lightly savory note threads through the wine, adding complexity. From the Distributor: “A fabulous introduction into the wines of this terrific estate, it has a plump, medium to full-bodied, expansive mouthfeel as well as loads of darker fruits, notes of spice box, pepper, and leather, no hard edges, and a great finish. It should drink nicely right out of the gate yet have over a decade or longevity.”

Mathieu Lapierre says this is the wine you drink in the shower; it’s that smooth and easy going. Red and black fruits are intertwined with minerality, crushed stones and herbs. Touches of blood orange keep the edge fresh. This juicy wine is ripe, crisp and joyful.

Aromas of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, and light earth unfold from the glass. On the palate, fruit flavors of cherry, raspberry and red plum mingle with a light herbal note. The wine is medium-bodied, nicely ripe and slightly rounded, yet clean, pure and fresh. It’s particularly refreshing for summer sipping!

Raspberry, red cherry, warm earth, bay leaf and worn leather are apparent on the nose. This is medium in body with juicy red fruits such as currants, plums, raspberry-cranberry and pomegranate with some dehydrated floral, cedar, bay leaf and rosemary flavors joining in. There is a mineral note as well. The wine is well structured with moderate tannins and fresh acidity. It finishes with purple fruits of blueberries and black plums. This is aged in 2/3 amphora and 1/3 used oak.

This aromatic, aged wine offers delicious and complex aromas of ripe black cap raspberries, plums, cassis, dark chocolate, espresso, woodsiness and earth. The palate gives some tertiary flavors of balsamic, fall fruit compote, prunes, espresso, black pepper, tobacco, forest floor, black trumpets, worn leather, and pastry crust; dusty tannins provide structure.

This is a delicious approachable blend with scents of forest floor, cranberry, raspberry and wood notes. The palate is medium with medium acidity. The flavors are blackberry, plum with the fruit being up front and generous with a soft finish.

This wine is complex with tertiary notes that layer with wood spice, touches of earth, dried mushrooms, plums and black cherries. The palate echoes the aromas with savory flavors that support its structure making it a lovely wine for just sipping or pairing with food. This wine has medium acidity on its medium frame and it plush without being rich. 

Very aromatic with red fruit, including red currants and other berries along with hints of high-quality maraschino cherries, light forest floor. The palate is similar with more ripe raspberry, beautiful minerality and moderate acidity. The texture is ripe and soft with medium plus acidity and a longer finish.

This wine has a nice fruity nose with blackcap, black currant and black cherry with some minerality or earth to it. The palate is similar to the aromas with good ripeness, and elegant minerality that is medium plus in body and plush in texture.

Aromatic with early summer fruit like strawberry and red cherry with a bit of minerality and black pepper. The palate has similar tones with red fruit, but delivers some roasted red pepper, licorice and cinnamon with some light earthy and smoky flavors.

This wine is ruby red with purple highlights. Fresh and fruit it is a perfect sipper and is refreshing in warmer weather (try it with a slight chill). The nose shows red berries, blueberry, and spice. While the palate is medium bodied with food friendly acidity.

Fresh aromas of strawberry, peach and raspberry with minerality. The palate is clean, medium bodied with medium acidity with a chalky minerality. More flavors of vanilla, cream soda, peach and raspberry are balanced with a lightly savory finish.

Clean and bright aromas of lime and peach blossom. The palate is slightly off dry and tastes like wet stone minerality with fresh finger lakes peaches.

This is a pretty wine with pink grapefruit, grapefruit pith and tart red currants. Done in a pet nat style this is crisp and refreshing.

This cava is pretty, delicate and very pear forward. The palate is clean and refreshing with light florality, stone fruits, lime zest and citrus pith with some nectarine and herbal notes.

Gorgeous pink color with a nose of raspberry, ripe strawberry and cherry aromas. The perfume is gorgeous and yet, has a delicacy to it. This wine is ultra-elegant with pinpoint bubbles and finesse. The fruit is ripe and red fruited--raspberry, cherry, pomegranate, strawberry, cranberry--all the reds!  It is dry and minerally, yet generous with its fruit. Such balance means that your bottle will quickly disappear!

This Lambrusco is made with a slightly different grape than most, which makes it more dark in color and flavor. Tart cherry, blackberry and black currant with violets. The palate is elegant and focused, with darker fruit, some minerality and floral notes with bright acidity.

A champagne method style cider with  a moderate bouquet of blueberry and blackcurrant and blackcap notes, yellow soft baked apple and some lime zest. The palate is semi-dry and crisp with soft tannin structure there is some ripe peach flavor and cherry pit. There is a distinctive crab apple grip to the finish and is tart and approachable. 

This cider is done in the traditional method and has some interesting aromatics that make this pear cider an ideal partner for food. There is some earth and herbs on the nose with golden apple. The palate is quick, and crisp, with lemon and savory notes.
